All of our services are included in a simple commission percentage, based on rent received.

We do not charge administration, inspection or maintenance fees. Our only additional charge above simple commission percentage based on rent received is a landlord letting fee charged each time a new tenant is placed. All funds are held in our Trust Account.

Meet Angela
Your property management expert
Angela Scott brings a wealth of experience to the Vosper Realty team. With over 16 years in the real estate industry, including an award-winning 14 years in property management, she knows what it takes to look after your investment and your tenants.

Before stepping into real estate, Angela spent 10 years in banking and lending, giving her a strong understanding of finance and what landlords need to make informed decisions. She holds a Diploma in Real Estate Studies from Massey University and is as qualified as she is passionate.

Angela believes good communication is at the heart of every successful tenancy. She’s known for building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, and for being approachable, knowledgeable, and always ready to help.
