We manage rental properties in the Bay of Plenty area, from Te Puke, Mount Maunganui and Tauranga, to Whakamarama, Omokoroa and Katikati and all areas in between!
What you need to know
We know that finding and securing a rental home can be a stressful time, but we’re here to make it as smooth as possible.

The best thing you can do to get started is to fill out a Tenancy Application as soon as you’ve found a property you’re interested in. Make sure all questions are answered, as incomplete applications can slow things down or affect your chances.

At Vosper Realty, we believe a successful tenancy means you feel at home and the property is well looked after. We’ve set up a few key steps to help make that happen:

We’ll complete reference checks on the information you provide, including previous landlords and a credit check.

A legally binding Tenancy Agreement will be set up to protect everyone involved.

A bond of four weeks’ rent will be required and lodged with the Residential Tenancy Bond Authority.

You’ll receive a detailed inspection report at the beginning of your tenancy, outlining the condition of the property. You’ll also have a chance to add your own comments to it.

If something needs fixing, just let us know. Maintenance requests are handled promptly.

We carry out regular inspections to help maintain the condition of the property and meet health and safety standards.
